sehari setelah Museum Satwa buka ,me and my fams langsung kesanaa :)

buat foto2 masih sepi .. hehehe ^^

aku termasuk orang yang sulit banget tidur cepet pas malem hari .
yang laen udah pada tidur ,
aku malah melek sendirian .. awalnya biasa aja ,
tapi lama-kelamaan ngganggu juga "Insomnia" itu :(

naah ,ini aku punya TIPS Mengurangi Insomnia :

1. Usahain jangan tidur terlalu malem ,coba biasain masuk kamar lebih awal

2. Nggak usah mikirin hal-hal kecil yang kurang penting (forbidden to wasting time)

3. Jangan kebanyakan makan/minum waktu mau tidur

4. Hindari baca buku/nonton film yang buat kita jadi penasaran ,berbentuk serial/horor

5. Jangan terus-terusan liat jam dinding . Kalo perlu ngga usah pasang jam dinding .

    Pasrahin aja semua sama jam weker . Tapi kalo uda di setting ,jangan di lihat lagi wekernya .
